About Us

We were formed in 2004 with the following guidelines:
  1. The club has a get-together once every 2 months.
  2. We try to limit the size of the group to six or seven members so everyone can host a meeting once a year.
  3.  Recipes served in the supper club must be healthy such as those found in Cooking Light and Eating Well magazines. Any healthy recipe is fine.
  4. We occasionally do a field trip for a special event or lunch/dinner out.
